Appointment Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all of my clients, I have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will lead to the forfeiture of the initial session fee. In cases where payment was not processed before the session, the client remains accountable for the payment. This policy is essential to compensate for the time that was reserved for the  appointment. I value your time and mine, and your cooperation with this policy ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to all my clients. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything discussed during our coaching sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal information, experiences, and thoughts will be kept strictly private. As your coach I adhere to a professional code of ethics that emphasizes client confidentiality and discretion.

Your personal information and the content of our coaching sessions will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent. As your coach, I will not disclose any details about our coaching relationship, discussions, or your identity unless legally required to do so.

3. Data Security:
I will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the security of your personal information. Any electronic data, notes, or records related to our coaching sessions are stored securely and protected against unauthorized access. 

 

4. Exceptions to Confidentiality:
While I prioritize your privacy, there are a few circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be breached: Harm to Self or Others: If, as your coach, I have reason to believe that you are in danger of harming yourself or others, I may need to take appropriate steps to ensure safety, which may include involving appropriate professionals or authorities. Legal Requirements: If a court of law compels the disclosure of information, I may be legally obligated to comply.

5. Consent and Boundaries:
Before discussing sensitive topics or engaging in coaching exercises that might lead to personal disclosures, I will seek your informed consent. You have the right to set boundaries and determine what you are comfortable discussing during our sessions.

6. Written Records:
I may take notes during sessions to assist in tracking progress and providing effective coaching. These notes are for internal use and will be stored securely. By engaging in my coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this
